Don't ask why Rocket Chat can prove difficult to install on Linode but it can work
1) Deploy a ubuntu 14.04 image 2) sudo apt-get install -y git
3) Get "Docker"
curl -sSL https://get.docker. com/ | sh
curl -L "https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/1.8.1/docker-compose-$(uname -s)-$(uname -m)" -o /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
5) make it executable:
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
6) Get the image:
git clone https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.git
7) change directory: cd Rocket.Chat
sudo docker-compose up
